Being a novice at weight loss dieting, you may be wondering what keto is. Most people are unaware of its true significance. I was once in the same position and trying to lose weight, and instead of searching the internet for information on a great keto diet to use, I went out and bought a book, only to discover that it was just another low-carb diet book! What is keto diet causing? Well, it causes your body to think it has too much fat stored in your fat cells. This can cause some dangerous health effects, including obesity, heart disease, diabetes, and even cancer. If you are on a keto diet, and your body suddenly senses it has too much fat, your body is trying to protect itself from starvation.

Fatty acids. When you reduce the amount of carbohydrates in your diet, it often results in lowering the amount of fatty acids your body uses to help with your energy.

I used to have carbohydrate binges when I was first learning about keto. I would hit the gym early and then, while starving myself, would exercise, eat, and go to sleep, forgetting that the next day would be worse than the last. What happened was I was bloated and depressed and was craving carbs.

As you are learning, you need to give your body the time it needs to adapt to the change you are making in your diet, and if you are going on a keto diet without eating healthy foods like fresh fruits and vegetables, your body will never adjust to the diet. Another problem with carbohydrate binges is that they don’t allow your body to slow down your metabolism. You’ll just be eating the foods that are burning as much energy as possible, which means you’ll be eating your body up.

When you are starting out on a keto diet, there is no time like the present to discover the whole new world of keto, with its many benefits. Even when you are on a keto diet, you are still burning calories, you’re just not burning the amount of calories your body requires. This is where keto diet can really benefit you.

Remember, if you feel you need carbohydrates in order to live, then your body’s ability to burn fat is reduced. On the other hand, if you are having excess carb cravings, or just want to try something new, then it is time to re-evaluate your diet and take a look at a low-carb, high-fat diet. You may be surprised at how good it feels!
