Juicing is very easy and great for weight loss. It is also one of the healthiest things you can do for your body. Not only does it taste good, but it is also much healthier than eating a standard salad.

First, you need to understand how this process works. Every fresh fruit juice is made by the process of natural fermentation of the juice from fruits. Fermentation takes place mainly by microorganisms convert starches and sugars to alcohol which is the primary source of flavor in all fruits.

After the starches and sugars are broken down, the various fruits are combined and filtered to eliminate any impurities that could cause the flavors to be lost. Once the flavors are removed, the juice is then strained and allowed to stay in the bottle for as long as possible.

The reason that most juice should last two weeks is because of the process it goes through during the two weeks of fermentation. In some cases, an additional steeping period can be used, but usually, you’ll want to put the juice into bottles that are airtight and will not heat up too much during storage. Keep in mind that if the juice is cold when you first add it to the bottle, it will likely be very cold when you drink it.

If you take fresh juice, the next step is to strain it. This can easily be done by using a strainer or cheesecloth. This allows you to remove some flavor so that the juices will not taste chemically.

Then you’ll need to have separate cups for blending, filtering, and filtering again. This is very important because the taste you get is all the flavor of the fruit itself, not the extract from the water. The pulp is much higher in water than the water.

Next, use a blender to make the juice. This can be either a handheld blender or a large automatic blender. I prefer the automatic ones because they’re pretty, and they make really great smoothies. They just make it so much easier to blend because all you have to do is push a button!

When the fruits are still cold, pour them into a glass that has been already pre-filled with ice. Put the cap on top of the glass and place it in a freezer for about thirty minutes to help it harden. Do not leave it in the freezer too long, because you want the ice to melt.

In order to prepare the pulp, simply place fresh strawberries, blueberries, grapes, cherries, or any other fresh fruits into the container of juice that you’ve just juiced. In some cases, using a juicer may be necessary because juicing alone may not produce enough pulp for most fruits. Just check to see if it’s needed.

Depending on what you’re juicing, you may need to add something like salt, sugar, or even fruit enzymes to the fruit’s juice. For example, if you’re making juice out of celery, you may want to add one tablespoon of organic sea salt per cup of the juice. This will help bring out the natural flavors and will allow you to control the sweetness level of the fruit.

Now you can follow these simple steps every day and see amazing results. This is probably the easiest way to start juicing!
